Disaster Reconstruction Services for Colorado Homes

You Don’t Have to Manage This Alone

Property damage creates more than a construction problem. It brings insurance estimates, inspections, unanswered questions, scheduling complications, and a steady stream of decisions—usually when you are least interested in becoming a full-time restoration expert.

CubeX gives you an experienced team to help manage the moving parts. We explain what is happening, coordinate the work, and keep you informed throughout the reconstruction.

With CubeX, You Can Expect:

  • A clear explanation of the repair process
  • One team coordinating the project
  • Help working through insurance-related repair questions
  • Consistent updates as the work progresses
  • Careful attention to your home and belongings
  • A practical path from damaged property to restored home

Insurance Repair and Reconstruction Services

CubeX can coordinate the work required to restore homes affected by a wide range of covered losses.

Fire and Smoke Damage Reconstruction

We coordinate structural and finish repairs after fire, smoke, and soot damage, including framing, roofing, electrical systems, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and interior finishes.

Water Damage Reconstruction

Water damage may require more than drying equipment and removed drywall. Once mitigation is complete, homeowners may still need flooring, cabinets, insulation, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work restored.

Board-Up, Tarping & Temporary Protection

When a property remains exposed after fire, wind, or roof damage, temporary protection may be needed to prevent additional damage.

Mold Damage Repairs

When mold remediation requires damaged materials to be removed, CubeX can help rebuild the affected areas after the remediation work is properly completed.

Roof and Storm Damage Repairs

Roof damage can lead to water intrusion, damaged insulation, stained ceilings, compromised drywall, and other interior repairs. CubeX can coordinate roof damage restoration and the related reconstruction required inside the home.

Contents Pack-Out and Protection

Major repairs may require furniture and belongings to be removed from the affected space. We can coordinate contents pack-out services to help protect items and provide room for reconstruction crews to work safely.

THE CUBEX DIFFERENCE

Fewer Loose Ends. Fewer Unanswered Questions.

A major home repair may involve adjusters, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers, and multiple construction trades. Without someone coordinating them, the homeowner can quickly become the reluctant project manager.

CubeX serves as the central point of coordination. We help organize the repair scope, schedule the work, communicate with the people involved, and keep the reconstruction moving.

How CubeX helps

We review the repair scope and explain what it means

We coordinate the work through one project team

We document relevant conditions and prepare supplements when appropriate

We provide updates and explain what happens next

We focus on completing the repairs and returning the home to normal use

INSURANCE-RELATED RECONSTRUCTION

We Understand That the Claim and the Construction Are Connected

The insurance estimate may not include everything required to properly repair your home. Additional damage, code requirements, material costs, and necessary construction work may only become clear after the project is evaluated or damaged materials are removed.

CubeX reviews the available repair scope, documents relevant conditions, and communicates with the appropriate claim participants when questions or additional repair needs arise.

You remain the policyholder and decision-maker. We help make the repair side of the process easier to understand and manage.

I had a very positive experience with Cubex. Jared and Jake walked me through the process of getting my home restoration done and paid for by insurance. Without their help I would have been exasperated by the flood damage to my condo. Edstras and his crew did a fantastic job and I am very appreciative!

Working with Jerrod, Jake, and the Cubex team was an anwesome experience! I’ve worked with contractors in the past and it was awful. When dealing with a flood, it’s non stop chaos. These guys are communicative, respectful, on time, and a true joy to work with. I’m very pleased with the finished product and will be using them for all my future contracting needs. Thank you, Jake and team for your patience, kindness and hard work!

Jerrod and his son Josh came over to fix a minor problem and handled the issue like the professionals they are. They were super responsive, were here when they said they would be, are clear communicators and were efficient, super kind, and really knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!!! Thank you!

My wife and I interviewed a lot of different contractors to do the rebuild after a large loss insurance claim due to a flood. Jerrod Dool and the Cubex Team did a great job of handling our difficult insurance company (Jerrod was a former adjustor himself so that helped a lot) and they really are just a bunch of good-hearted and professional guys. Highly recommend for your reconstruction projects where you have to deal with an insurance company!

I recently worked with Cubex Restoration, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate, I knew I was in good hands. The process was straightforward and stress-free.

The team gave me a thorough and detailed estimate, making sure I understood every part of the project and the costs involved. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions put me at ease.

The contractors were fantastic – skilled, professional, and also really courteous and respectful of my home. They kept everything clean and organized, and their dedication to quality showed in every step of the process.

Now that the work is done, I’m thrilled with how great everything looks. Cubex Restoration truly transformed my space, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled restoration company, definitely go with Cubex Restoration.
