I had a very positive experience with Cubex. Jared and Jake walked me through the process of getting my home restoration done and paid for by insurance. Without their help I would have been exasperated by the flood damage to my condo. Edstras and his crew did a fantastic job and I am very appreciative!

Working with Jerrod, Jake, and the Cubex team was an anwesome experience! I’ve worked with contractors in the past and it was awful. When dealing with a flood, it’s non stop chaos. These guys are communicative, respectful, on time, and a true joy to work with. I’m very pleased with the finished product and will be using them for all my future contracting needs. Thank you, Jake and team for your patience, kindness and hard work!

Jerrod and his son Josh came over to fix a minor problem and handled the issue like the professionals they are. They were super responsive, were here when they said they would be, are clear communicators and were efficient, super kind, and really knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!!! Thank you!

My wife and I interviewed a lot of different contractors to do the rebuild after a large loss insurance claim due to a flood. Jerrod Dool and the Cubex Team did a great job of handling our difficult insurance company (Jerrod was a former adjustor himself so that helped a lot) and they really are just a bunch of good-hearted and professional guys. Highly recommend for your reconstruction projects where you have to deal with an insurance company!

I recently worked with Cubex Restoration, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate, I knew I was in good hands. The process was straightforward and stress-free.

The team gave me a thorough and detailed estimate, making sure I understood every part of the project and the costs involved. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions put me at ease.

The contractors were fantastic – skilled, professional, and also really courteous and respectful of my home. They kept everything clean and organized, and their dedication to quality showed in every step of the process.

Now that the work is done, I’m thrilled with how great everything looks. Cubex Restoration truly transformed my space, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled restoration company, definitely go with Cubex Restoration.

Where Are You in the Repair Process?

Every homeowner reaches CubeX at a different point in the repair process. Choose the situation that best describes where you are now.

My Home Was Damaged by Fire

The fire may be out, but repairs can involve structural work, permits, inspections, insurance approvals, and multiple construction trades.

Mitigation Is Done, My Home Needs Repairs

Mitigation may stop the damage, but it does not put the home back together. CubeX handles repairs after dry-out, demo, and mitigation.

My Insurance Estimate Seems Too Low

Initial estimates may leave out hidden damage, required materials, code-related work, or important steps needed to rebuild correctly.

I Do Not Know What to Do Next

After fire or water damage, it can be hard to know who to call, what insurance needs, and how repairs should move forward. CubeX is your expert guide.

The Cleanup Was Only the Beginning

Your Home Is Damaged. Now You Are Expected to Manage the Rebuild

A damaged home creates more than a construction problem. Homeowners may be dealing with insurance estimates, mitigation handoffs, missing repair items, permits, inspections, subcontractors, and reconstruction decisions. Without an insurance repairs expert on your team, you may be left trying to coordinate the repair process alone.

l

Your home may still be damaged after mitigation

l

The insurance estimate may not cover the full repair scope

l

It may be unclear who manages the rebuild

l

Permits and inspections may be required

l

Multiple subcontractors may need to be scheduled

l

Repairs can stall without clear coordination

You should not have to become a claim coordinator and construction manager just to get your home back.

From Confusion to a Clear Repair Plan

CubeX Helps Bring the Pieces Together

CubeX helps homeowners move from disaster damage to completed repairs by managing the reconstruction process. We coordinate insurance repair scopes, subcontractors, permits, inspections, communication, and project details so the work can move forward with confidence.

Reconstruction After Disaster

Everyone’s Damage is Unique. The Goal Is the Same: Get Your Home Back.

Fire Damage Reconstruction

A house fire can affect framing, roofing, electrical systems, walls, flooring, cabinets, finishes, and more. The rebuilding phase may also require engineers, building officials, permits, inspections, and detailed insurance documentation.

CubeX coordinates the reconstruction process so you are not left managing each moving part separately.

Water Damage Repairs

After the water is removed and the structure is dry, your home may still need extensive repairs. Drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, kitchens, bathrooms, and finished spaces may all need to be rebuilt.

CubeX takes over where mitigation ends and helps put the home back together.

Know What Comes Next

Mitigation Stops the Damage. Reconstruction Restores Your Home.

These services are connected, but they solve different problems.

CubeX focuses on insurance repairs and reconstruction. You can contact us before mitigation begins, while it is underway, or after another company has completed it.

Your First Estimate May Not Be the Final Scope

Does the Insurance Estimate Include Everything Your Home Needs?

An initial insurance estimate is often written before all the damage is visible.

Missing items may become apparent after flooring, drywall, cabinets, or other materials are removed. The estimate may also need to account for construction methods, matching materials, permits, code requirements, labor, or related repairs.

CubeX can compare the estimate with the actual condition of the home and help document legitimate differences in the repair scope.

We can help:

  • Review the current estimate
  • Compare it with the necessary repairs
  • Identify missing or incomplete items
  • Document newly discovered damage
  • Prepare construction information for supplements
  • Clarify the work needed before reconstruction begins

CubeX does not decide insurance coverage or interpret your policy. We document the construction work required to repair the home accurately.

A Clear Path From Damage to Done

Start Wherever You Are in the Repair Process

Whether the loss just occurred or mitigation has already been completed, CubeX helps identify the next practical step.

1

Tell Us What Has Happened

Contact CubeX and explain the damage, what work has already been done, and where the insurance claim currently stands.

2

Review the Damage and Existing Work

We inspect the property, review mitigation work and claim documents, and determine what remains necessary to restore the home.

3

Clarify the Repair Scope

CubeX compares the insurance estimate with the actual construction needs and documents additional covered work when appropriate.

4

Prepare for Reconstruction

We coordinate remaining demolition, protection, contents handling, permits, inspections, or specialized evaluations needed before rebuilding.

5

Rebuild Your Home

CubeX manages the crews, trades, scheduling, materials, and project details required to complete the reconstruction.

6

Complete the Final Walkthrough

We review the finished work with you, address remaining details, and help bring the project to completion.

The sooner you understand your options, the sooner you can start making informed decisions.

One Team for the Difficult Part

You Need More Than Someone Who Can Swing a Hammer

Why work with CubeX?  Insurance reconstruction requires construction experience, documentation, coordination, and clear communication.  CubeX is built to help homeowners manage the complicated middle of the project, where mitigation ends, estimates change, construction begins, and several parties must work together.

Z

We Understand Insurance Repairs

We know how to compare repair needs with insurance scopes and document additional construction work when it is legitimately required.

Z

We Coordinate the Reconstruction

CubeX schedules the trades, inspections, materials, and project details so you are not managing several contractors independently.

Z

We Keep You Informed

You receive clear explanations and updates so you understand what is happening and what comes next.

Z

We Stay Focused on the Finished Home

The paperwork matters, but the real goal is restoring a safe, functional home where your family can move forward.
