Jerrod Dool
Jerrod brings 15 years of experience to helping homeowners understand the repairs their homes need. He began his career as an insurance adjuster before moving into contracting and restoration, giving him valuable insight into both the estimating and insurance review processes. As CubeX’s most senior estimator, he focuses on thorough documentation, clear communication, and building strong relationships with the homeowners he serves.

Jerrod’s Role in Your Home Restoration

Detailed On-Site Inspection

Jerrod is often the first person from CubeX you’ll meet. While he’s on-site, he measures your home down to the centimeter and builds a 3D model of the damaged areas. Those measurements and drawings guide your estimate and are referenced throughout your entire project.

An Accurate, Insurance-Ready Estimate

After leaving your home, Jerrod uses Xactimate, the industry-standard estimating software, to price the damage and repairs. To keep things moving, please give him your claim number and your adjuster’s name, phone number, email, and agency. He’ll send the estimate to your adjuster for review and handle communication about the scope and pricing of your repairs.

A Smooth Handoff to Your Project

Once your estimate is approved, you’ll receive your contract by email with a secure Adobe signature link. After it’s signed, Jerrod will introduce you to your project manager, who will guide the work from start to finish. Thinking about upgrades or changes? Jerrod can answer those questions along the way.

Insurance Repair and Reconstruction Services

CubeX can coordinate the work required to restore homes affected by a wide range of covered losses.

Fire and Smoke Damage Reconstruction

We coordinate structural and finish repairs after fire, smoke, and soot damage, including framing, roofing, electrical systems, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and interior finishes.

Water Damage Reconstruction

Water damage may require more than drying equipment and removed drywall. Once mitigation is complete, homeowners may still need flooring, cabinets, insulation, framing, drywall, painting, and finish work restored.

Board-Up, Tarping & Temporary Protection

When a property remains exposed after fire, wind, or roof damage, temporary protection may be needed to prevent additional damage.

Mold Damage Repairs

When mold remediation requires damaged materials to be removed, CubeX can help rebuild the affected areas after the remediation work is properly completed.

Roof and Storm Damage Repairs

Roof damage can lead to water intrusion, damaged insulation, stained ceilings, compromised drywall, and other interior repairs. CubeX can coordinate roof damage restoration and the related reconstruction required inside the home.

Contents Pack-Out and Protection

Major repairs may require furniture and belongings to be removed from the affected space. We can coordinate contents pack-out services to help protect items and provide room for reconstruction crews to work safely.
